Nanofiltration Membrane for Separation and Concentration
Nanofiltration product (NF) series has been developed for the characteristics and operating conditions of special separation feeds. In terms of membrane performance, it has a sharper cut-off performance than conventional nanofiltration membrane elements. It is widely used in organic concentration, salt removal and other applications in food, beverage, biological and pharmaceutical industries, and can bring significant cost-effectiveness and excellent separation/concentration efficiency to customers.

1) When the pH value is greater than 10, the maximum temperature of continuous operation is 35°C. When the influent water contains free chlorine or other oxidizing substances, the performance of the membrane will be seriously damaged due to its oxidizing properties. Therefore, it is recommended that the user remove it in the pretreatment. Free chlorine or other oxidizing substances.
2) If the membrane element has been tested by water before leaving the factory, it will be vacuum packaged in a 1.5% (wt) concentration of sodium bisulfite protective solution. In the severe cold map, 10% (wt) glycerol was added to the protective solution as antifreeze. In order to prevent the growth of microorganisms during short-term storage, transportation and system shutdown, it is recommended to soak the membrane elements with 1.5% (wt) sodium bisulfite (food grade) protective solution (configured with RO permeate).
3) Try not to unpack the membrane element before it is put into use. Once unpacked, it should always be kept in a wet state.
4) The water inlet of the membrane element should be gradually pressurized, and the time to normal operation should be no less than 30-60 seconds.
5) If the user does not strictly abide by the operating conditions and use limit conditions of the product, we will not undertake the quality guarantee for the film quality problems caused by this.
6) If the user uses chemicals, lubricants or protective liquids that are not compatible with the membrane elements, we will not be responsible for the quality of the membrane caused by this.

Q: How to pay?
A: TT and L/C are acceptable and TT will be more appreciated. 30% deposit before producing, 70% balanced against the copy of B/L.
